Full-Time Job Funding For Young Practitioners
There are several program streams that could help you find your next employment opportunity. Each program provides your employer with thousands of dollars in savings for new hire onboarding:
Youth in Natural Resources
Up to 80% in subsidies for wages and training to hire junior professionals in roles related to Forestry, Mining, Earth Sciences and Energy.
Digital Skills
for Youth
We cover wages and training up to $18,000 for environmental jobs that require digital abilities such as programming, data analysis and website development.
Science Horizons Youth Internship
Up to 80% in funding to hire junior professionals for full-time permanent positions in climate change, environmental protection and sustainability.
All approved candidates must be aged 30 and under, be under or unemployed, and have eligible citizenry.
Thanks to the support of our funders – Natural Resources Canada, Environmental & Climate Change Canada, and Innovation, Science & Economic Development Canada – over 10,000 new practitioners have started their dream job.
